what an improvement

My application is on a 2002 Chevy Tahoe Z71 with the off-road package including limited slip rear end and four piston rear brakes. This must be specified before ordering but Auto Anything got it right the first time. Because warping has been a problem with past replacements, I was looking to try the upgrade. The brakes installed without any fuss and work great. This summer will tell if the slots and dimples make a difference when the heat builds and I'm towing the trailer but so far so good. I bought the Green Stuff pads which were pricey but this is the best the brakes have ever felt so I am confident that they will be a good choice. The break-in was very short with no noise and no dust. I looked at other brands (made in USA) but in the end, selected EBC as best value for my application.

I purchased these pads after reading some positive reviews about EBC on a Land Rover Forum. They came highly recommended due to their elimination of brake dust, proven reliability, longevity and ability to quickly stop a large vehicle. After having these pads installed on new rotors about two weeks ago, I have noticed a significant reduction in brake dust. The ABS sensors on my vehicle are extremely sensitive and these pads have had no problem catering to their sensitive needs. My vehicle stops better than it did with the factory pads. I am also impressed with the price. These are high quality aftermarket pads that are less expensive and better performing than the stock pads. Anyone with a Discovery who has experienenced the "three amigos" will not have any problems with these pads. I highly recommend them to anyone with a Land Rover Discovery.
