I'm replacing the OEM rotors on my vehicle these. Based upon my previous experience with Centric Premium Rotors on my sports car, I'm using these on all my vehicles in the future. Read about their features and, if they work for you, just buy them. They are great right out of the box because of their precision finishing (for really smooth braking) and the painted centers (which precludes having to sigh after looking at corroded rotors in a few months).

These rotors are pretty decent. The surface polish, when new, is actually mat, like shown on the picture, unlike slippery shiny polish. The rotors come with L and R stickers, indicating left and right, but the grooves between surfaces are radial, therefor the direction is only the direction of holes and slits (which in my opinion is personal preference). The rotors (at least for my car) have additional hole for the screw to remove them when they are stuck to the hub - this usually comes handy.
