My wife had a 2000 Lexus RX 300 and it had the pulsating brake issue no matter how many times we had the rotors turned or replaced with new pads. The stock Toyota/Lexus parts were defective in design. We traded in her RX 300 after 200,000 miles on a 2004 RX 330 and it had the same issue. Rotors turned at 30,000 miles and then at 50,000 the pulsating was back. I installed all four in an afternoon. The quality is way beyond the stock Toyota/Lexus junk. These are like race car rotors/pads.
