Best breaks for the price. Great improvement over stock breaks.

I INSTALLED THE POWER STOP BRAKE KIT ON THE FRONT OF MY 2001 LINCOLN CONTIENTAL OVER A YEAR AND A HALF AGO.YOU CAN REALY TELL THE DIFFERANCE OVER THE STOCK BRAKES. WHEN YOU HIT THE BRAKES THERE IS NO VIBRATION OR FADE, JUST SOLID BRAKING WHICH BRINGS YOU TO A SMOOTH POSITIVE STOP. AND I AM TALKING ABOUT FROM OVER 100 MPH TO A STOP. SO THIS SECOND SET IS FOR MY WIFE'S 2001 LINCOLN CONTENTIAL WHICH I DRIVE SOMETIMES AND I AM USED TO THE SHORTER STOPS OF MY CAR.

Factory brakes are not typically up to the task of even rated use, let alone anything beyond. The brakes on my Navigator had become heat checked and put a right nasty shimmy in the steering under any significant pedal pressure. This kit solved that and has been working flawlessly since. Been 2 weeks and the brakes have impressed me time and again. The rotors are coated with zinc and should stay shiny for quite a while. Yes, there are better brake options out there, but not for the money!!
