These ceramic pads are pretty good oem replacements for cars in warmer environments.Low dust and high quality.

First time changing pads and rotors myself. It was very easy, and I kick myself for ever paying for it at a shop. Took about 2 hours, start to finish, for all four wheels. The brakes look good and provide a noticeable improved feel (although I'm sure any NEW pads would do the same). I hope to get 50k miles out of these, as that is how long the OEM pads lasted.

The hardest part of installing this kit was breaking free the loctited (and rusty) 150k mile bolts of the original brakes. That and diagnosing the horrible brake noise that turned out to be a bent caliper (old brake shoes in, noise goes away) that kept the pads from contacting the rotors except at the edge. I occasionally autocross this car, but don't track it, and live in Kansas, so no mountain passes to worry about. So far, they are doing great. No dust in 2k miles and really stop the car.
