Hawk HPS Brake Pads Reviews

Nice pads

Reviewed By Jason S (SULLIVAN, NH) Reviewed for a 2006 Mazda 6 —4/18/2018 1:24 AM

I just installed these pads after researching online for several weeks. I wanted a brake pad and rotor combo that could handle enthusiastic driving without breaking the bank. Paired with centric rotors they provide consistent stopping power that is quiet and easy to modulate.

Better stopping than the stock Mazda rotors

Reviewed By Tiffany P (Fountain Valley, CA) Reviewed for a 2016 Mazda 6 —4/2/2018 5:43 AM

Highly recommend. I've been a sometimes-spirited driver Before switching to this with the EBC Green stuff pads. I've had two Mazdas. Warped rotors seem to be a thing with these cars. 2013 mazda3 bought used had already-warped rotors at 34k, and this leased Mazda6 started showing warping before 18k. I think it took a lot longer to seat this setup since I've calmed down on the hard braking, but there's a significant difference in the stopping power for such a baseline upgrade.
