Installed new rotors, calipers and Hawk's pads. Pleased with performance of pads and braking after the first week of use. Challenges, factory pads had a couple of shim pads between caliber and brake pad and caliper piston and break pad. Directions provided did not state whether to discard or reuse. Called Hawk - no response. So I did not reuse. Guide plates that were supplied with pads did seem to fit too loosely, so upper guide plates would fall out until tabs were pinched down.

I've installed these pads on a 2011 Toyota RAV4 and a 2011 Honda Odyssey. The pads were a perfect fit, no problems with the install. I had to use the "extra" metal backing shims from the old pads, as the new ones did not come with the extra shims. All other hardware was provided. I used new rotors on the install, and performed the break-in instructions provided on the box. The breaks stop the car well. Maybe a slightly harder material than the OEM pads.
