It's better than stock rotor. No prior experiences,first time install on my 350Z with no problems. Looking forward to replace my rear soon with the same mfg(EBC).

The stock rotors and calipers (with race pads equipped) were not providing enough stopping power for the Corvette Z06 on the Sebring raceway. The StopTech kit comes with street pads, so I ordered StopTech's SR32 race pads to use although the pad shape is a common one available from many different vendors. Regarding slotted vs. drilled rotors: The StopTech engineer said that drilled is for show; slotted is for the track. It's like I am driving a different car! Very happy!

Overall, the kit is excellent. All parts that are needed for normal install were there and easy to install with thier directions. I believe that they need to make people with mods done to cars, more aware of some potential problems, like in my case with a cam that will not create the vacuum needed. They do sell vacuum pumps, but don't tell you ahead of time. Almost like they are afraid to tell, in thinking that customers might change mind if they add up cost ahead of time.
