EBC Ultimax Slotted Rotors Reviews

Problem Solvers

Reviewed By Scott S (BROKEN ARROW, OK) Reviewed for a 2012 Nissan Murano —9/10/2016 10:14 AM

I installed these rotors on a 2012 Nissan Murano. I was having a problem with shaking when stopping. Rather than attempting to machine the original rotors, I opted to replace all 4. The originals made it to 110,000 miles. These rotors were easy to install and stop smoothly and quietly. I hope they last as long as the factory parts did.

EBC Ultimax Brake Pads Reviews

good quality

Reviewed By Josh P (Cleveland, TN) Reviewed for a 2011 Nissan Murano —2/21/2015 10:59 AM

Having used this brand on my motorcycle with good results, I decided to try them out on the wife's car. Installation was the smoothest I've ever had on a vehicle and so far they have done great. Feels like the pads are grabbing better than the stock ones ever did, no fade at all, and no squealing at all. Price is higher than the last set of brake pads I bought, but were worth the increase for the solid feel and stopping power they provide.

EBC Green Stuff Brake Pads Reviews

Green stuff is good stuff

Reviewed By Thomas C (Hopkinton, MA) Reviewed for a 2004 Nissan Murano —4/28/2007 5:36 AM

I bought these EBC green stuff brake pads (front and rear) to go with the new ultimax slotted rotors (also by EBC) for my 2004 Murano. The original braking performance on the Murano can be rated as adequate, while this new setup is significantly better. I estimate that my stopping distance is about 20% shorter. However, I cannot attribute this increase in performance solely to the brake pads since new rotors were put on at the same time. I have driven 1000 miles on this new set up, and no problem so far. Braking perfomance seems to get better as more miles are put on, but improvement is also noted as the rotors/pads warm up. Highly recommnended.
