EBC Red Stuff Brake Pads Reviews

Perfect pads for Grand Prix GXP & GTO

Reviewed By Joseph G (Mays Landing, NJ) Reviewed for a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix —8/29/2013 9:10 PM

I've been using EBC Red Stuff pads on both my cars for many years. They provide a responsive bite when at the track while still remaining tame and easy on the rotors for everyday driving. Dust is minimal compared to that of OEM pads of similar material. I've never had fitment or noise problems. Go easy on breaking these in however. I've had problems with rotor glazing and "hot spoting" when driven aggressive prematurely. I'm certain I'll be using these pads for many years to come.

Power Stop Z23 Brake Kit Reviews

The best brake kit I've purchased since the origianl brakes

Reviewed By Harold J (Bala Cynwyd, PA) Reviewed for a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix —11/1/2012 10:21 AM

The best brake kit I've purchased since the origianl brakes. These brakes have the stopping power that's mentioned in the description. After hurricane Sandy, these brakes really showed their stopping power. My vehicle rides smoothier and I'm not afraid to hit the brakes when I need to stop.

EBC Ultimax Slotted Rotors Reviews

Used on 2000 Grand Prix GTP

Reviewed By David W (APPLETON, WI) Reviewed for a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix —8/21/2015 8:47 AM

Shortly after putting these on my car I could feel a huge difference compared to my old Rotors. They work very well. I was always told that performance rotors sqeek a little so if they do, do not be a little surprised. Be sure to use plenty of lube for the slides and also never seize on the metal areas where the pads slide on.
