Power Stop Z23 Evolution Brake Kits Reviews

Superb Performance Rotors and Solution to Rotor Issues

Reviewed By Linda L (Dauphin, PA) Reviewed for a 2001 Pontiac Firebird —2/12/2018 4:25 AM

This is the second set of Power Stop front rotors for my 2001 Trans Am. The first set had approximately 115k miles on them with no noticeable change when braking. I decided to change them as part of needing new brakes because of the deal that was offered and the mileage on them. Before Power Stop, solid rotors would start to warp due to heat in about 25k miles and need milled; by 50k miles they needed replaced. Power Stop solved the issue. I would recommend them to anyone having similar issues.

My First Experience with the Hawk HPS 5.0 Sector 27 Brake Kit

Reviewed By Clint W (VILLA RICA, GA) Reviewed for a 2000 Pontiac Firebird —6/18/2015 8:13 PM

I received the products quickly, which was nice, but upon opening the packages, the rotors were labeled incorrectly, all were labeled rear driver/ passenger, this could be extremely confusing for someone who isn't knowledgeable about rotors. Also, the passenger side rear rotor had a chip in the metal on the backside, and some remaining metal was left from where I assume it was forged, I had to grind that off. When installing the brake pads on the front passenger's side wheel, I had to sand them
