Centric C-TEK Drilled Brake Rotors Reviews

RUST

Reviewed By Ed M (Trussville, AL) Reviewed for a 1999 Porsche 911 —11/12/2017 8:46 AM

3rd set of drilled rotors I've gotten. Price and service good but hubs start rusting badly by 2 weeks later. No detai/acid washing of wheels made this happen. Just a couple of days of rain. Would be really nice to have heavier zinc plating so this wouldn't happen.

2008 IS250 with IS350 Rotors

I bought these Centric rotors when I upgraded my stock breaks to bigger brakes. I used to be an OEM guy but my last set of OEM rotors had slight warping after installation. I am satisfied with the quality of the rotors as I have not experienced any warping after 20k miles. I didn't give 5 stars for the quality because I received a defective rotor for my mom's car and it would not install properly. I called Auto Anything and they sent me a replacement rotor right away for no cost.

Great rotors for a great price

Reviewed By Jeremy M (EVANSVILLE, IN) Reviewed for a 1991 Chevy Camaro —10/24/2017 5:25 AM

I actually use these z06 rotors on a 91 Camaro road race car so these are extreme duty. The high carbon content seems to make them last much longer. I get a full season of racing out of a set which is pretty unheard of. The car is only 3030 with me in it so that helps but the metallurgy of these seems to be superior. Also they are blank with no cross drilling which I believe helps to keep the stress cracks at bay even with the extreme heat cycling we see racing.
