Great pads if your dd sees canyon and mountain roads on a regular basis. Ran them on my 4runner for 3 years and they do reduce stopping distance by quite a bit. I now drive a 87 BMW 325is and drive quite aggressively , they have saved me from getting in accidents a lot when you have some body cutting corners into your lane. All in all they don't last me much longer than 20k miles and are a little spendy but well worth it in my book. I love my car and would be devestated if it got wreaked.

I purchased my first set of Hawk pads for my 2006 Chevy Silverado and instantly found that the vehicle stopped better. When my Mustang Convertible needed brakes it was a no brainer. The latest set stops the vehicle quicker then the old pads. I intend to purchase another set for my wife's car when it needs new brakes.
