Great upgrade to stock rotors

Reviewed By Ian R (ELLICOTT CITY, MD) Reviewed for a 2006 Subaru Impreza —12/8/2013 11:17 AM

I installed these rotors to replace worn out stock rotors. It will take about 500mi until they break in and start "bitting". However, I did notice a little bit of vibration after install which is slowly dissipating. Although, these rotors will need good brake pads like StopTech or Hawk HPS pads to really notice their breaking potential.

EBC Rotors - Excellent!

Reviewed By Frank L (Upper Chichester, PA) Reviewed for a 2006 Subaru Impreza —8/3/2011 11:21 AM

With the combination of these rotors and the EBC Yellow Stuff brake pads, the car stops harder on the track and needed very little braking effort for street use. I am glad to have bought the (GD rotors & Yellow Stuff pads) combination and installed at the same time.

Awesome rotors for the $

Reviewed By James M (Mentor, OH) Reviewed for a 2006 Subaru Impreza —4/25/2010 1:58 PM

I got these rotors and paired them with EBC red stuff pads all around on my 2003 Nissan 350Z Touring. I do all my own repairs on my car, and these were not too hard to install. Compared to the OEM rotors these stop much harder. During spirited driving I actually lock them up getting on them before entering a turn. The pads and rotors are a little louder and produce more dust than OEM, but the added performance is well worth it. The rotors aren't as pretty as the drilled and slotted look, but they give all the performance I need to stop my car quickly from 150+mph as well as not hurting my wallet like Brembo or DBA would.
