"I am pleased with the Posi Quiet Brake Pads. I have over 1,000 miles on them. They are on slotted & drilled rotors and the performance is very nice. In the past the SUV would go into ABS braking mode pretty easy. I think that ABS caused a head on collision for my wife do to the stopping delay it causes. It will never happen again because after break in I tried very hard to get the ABS mode to activate. ABS still works well but it only activates when it should before it would come on with every hard stop. I installed rotors & pads with ease in about 3 hours in no rush. There was little noise at first but 30 miles of driving and all was quiet." —Gordon C from Jacksonville, FL bought a Posi Quiet Ceramic Brake Pads for a 2002 Toyota Tacoma.
"With break pads you get what you pay for. The cheapies cost $20 pay alittle extra its worth it. This is the second set I,ve had on my 2002 4x4 tacoma and I love these things. They come out of the box looking so nice, you can really see the quality. Once in no noise, no dust, great stopping, and my last set lasted about 40K miles of daily driving and off roading. Get em!!! :)" —Erik M from Las Vegas, NV bought an EBC Green Stuff Brake Pads for a 2002 Toyota Tacoma.
"About 200 miles into having the Hawk Pads. So far so good. Took about 60 miles to feel that the pads were starting to wear in. So at first make sure you break them in and do not stop quickly!!" —Mark S from Bostic, NC bought a Hawk Performance Ceramic Brake Pads for a 2002 Toyota Tacoma.
