Hawk Performance Ceramic Brake Pads Reviews

Better than stock VW pads, and cleaner!

Reviewed By Bryan B (CHARLOTTE, NC) Reviewed for a 2015 Volkswagen CC —6/29/2015 7:43 AM

I previously had Hawk Ceramics on my 2006 GTI. Loved the braking performance and the low dust. I purchased a 2015 VW CC and was immediately dissapointed by the stock brake performance. With only 2,000 miles on the odometer, the Hawk ceramics are on and an immediate improvement was felt. These are my favorite pads.

Amazin rotors

Reviewed By Van S (Clearwater, FL) Reviewed for a 2011 Volkswagen CC —5/15/2015 9:03 AM

These rotors are amazing. Not only do they look great, they also improved the braking performance of my car (a 2011 VW CC). Paired with Akebono Ceramic Pads, my brakes improved significantly. My car no longer has a vague brake feel and is confident in sudden braking situations. Before, I've always felt like my oem brakes (rotors and pads) were slipping whenever I brake hard... That issue is not a thing of the past, after upgrading to these rotors and ceramic brake pads. Great jobs, Baer Deleca. I'll be sure to purchase the rear rotors as soon as they become available.

Great product

Reviewed By Edin M (SAN DIEGO, CA) Reviewed for a 2010 Volkswagen CC —1/18/2015 6:24 PM

I installed these with Red Stuff pads. I had OEM brakes before that, and rotors started to vibrate although they were thick enough and pads were just half way worn out. I drive very spirited, especially on tiny, curvy roads. I figured for my style of driving I will need something stronger. I changed rotors due to issue with my calipers, but after 35K they looked very decent, I would say they could last two Red Stuff pads sets. They have good looks, no rusting, no noise during driving.
