    Description

They call commuting a grind for good reason. All that stop-and-go traffic eats away at your factory brakes like termites in a lumber yard, leaving your pedal with a sloppy feel, slow response and sickly whine. For a big boost in braking power and a bold appearance, deck out your daily driver with the StopTech Slotted Street Brake Kit.

Whether you're making your Monday morning trek to the office or letting loose on a Saturday excursion through windy backcountry roads, your Street Slotted Brake Kit keeps you in full control. By combining StopTech Slotted Sport Rotors with Posi Quiet Brake Pads, this street-grade system adds incredible bite, runs cleaner than OE-style brakes and brings a track-inspired look to your axles. And with a black e-coating covering the hat, cooling vanes and outside edges on almost all of the rotors, they're protected against rust for the long haul.

StopTech also helps out by choosing the correct type of brake pads for your specific ride. They choose between Semi-Metallic, Ceramic or Extended Wear Posi Quiet Pads (depending on your vehicle) to optimize your brakes for lower dust, less noise or longer life. Better still, every StopTech Street Slotted Rotors with Pads Kit is custom configured for a direct replacement fit and backed by a 90-Day/3,000-Mile Warranty.

Good performance breaks although when i first got them and i had "tested" them out on the road for performance, they began to smoke a little and the smell was horrible but it has not done it since. I know driving spirited is gonna put wear on them but for them to smoke and smell as bad as they did is weird. Overall i'm pleased.

Best mid grade brake system of ever used

Not pleased with the rotors. The ring on the back side of rotor was 1/8 too wide and is rubbing and grinding on the hub plate once mounted. Sounds terrible. Had to remove since the grinding noise was terrible. They would be fine to use after grinding back down but not something you should have to do.
