Arthur Warn founded Warn Industries in 1948. Warn started out by producing a locking hub to convert surplus war Jeeps into useful, on-the-road vehicles. Thousands of Jeeps were converted and Warn became the one of the first companies to manufacturer recreational off-road equipment.
