Ruff Rider all started with a close call on a windy mountain road. Carl Goldberg and his 110-lb chocolate labrodor were nearly hit by an oncoming vehicle in the wrong lane. Carl slammed on his brakes to avoid the potentially catastrophic accident, sending his lab into the windshield. Thankfully the dog was not injured. And, after the incident, Carl desperately sought out a safer way to transport our furry friends.
