About Go Industries
Texas might be best known for its steers and its oil men, but after R.J. Orth founded Go Industries, the Lone Star State started getting recognition for another export: auto accessories. Back in 1978, the same year that Pete Rose scored his 3000th hit, Mr. Orth noticed that workmen were destroying their tailgates as they loaded and unloaded their gear. Hating to see good trucks get spoiled, he founded Go Industries and began building his first product: tailgate guards.
Even in those early days, Go Industries was committed to crafting rugged, long-lasting, quality accessories. That's why Go Industries' breakthrough tailgate guards were made from 11-gauge steel with a shimmering chrome finish. These first products sold faster than flapjacks at a lumberjack's diner, and Go Industries was becoming a household name among contractors, foremen and other tradesmen. Thus began the meteoric rise of Go Industries.
These days, Go Industries has branched out. They now dabble in all areas of accessories for pickups. Some of Go Industries best known products are their bed rails, especially the ultra-girthy Big Willies. Plus, Go Industries' headache racks can be found protecting the rear glass of countless rigs all over this fine nation and beyond.
More recently, Go Industries has made a huge splash with their innovative grille guards. Always on the cutting-edge of design, Go Industries accessories are as eye-catching as they are rugged.
