Purchased a EGR Aerowrap Hood Shield for my 2013 Chevy Silverado from Auto Anything. Installation was straightforward. All parts and instruction were included. As I began the install I noticed the product had a crack in the front. Inspection of the shipping container revealed the box had been crushed. Contacted Auto Anything customer service. To my surprise a replacement was sent out at no charge. Excellent Customer Service. Great Company

The product came in a box twice the size of the unit but was securely wrapped for protection. Installation was a breeze except for the center plastic connector which required using a larger size screw than supplied in the hardware. Once a larger diameter screw was installed the unit attached securely and looks great.

I went to install, and one of the screw receptacles for the bigger center holes was missing. I installed anyways hoping it will hold. Looks ok so far. Would send back but don't want to pay the shipping.

This bug deflector went on easy. The problem was that it wouldn't let my hood shut completely. There is no latch adjustment so couldn't fix it that way. tried making some minor adjustments ta the deflector but still the hood would not latch down completely. I learned from my mistakes, don't alter it if it doesn't fit, juz send it back!
