"Love the look and price of the bumper, it's when i got to the end of the install when i realized one of the eight bolts that hold the hoop on had a broken tape still in the threaded insert. That took me 1hr to remove it with out damaging the threads.I was disapointed to say the least." —Greg C from Chandler, AZ bought a Rugged Ridge Front XHD Bumpers for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler.
"Super solid bumper and installation was easy and quick.
I'm very happy with how the bumper looks and have no worries about the bumper getting damaged on or off the trail." —Geoffrey G from Yonkers, NY bought a Rugged Ridge Front XHD Bumpers for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler.
"Overall I am very happy with the bumper. It looks good, is fairly stout, and with all the discounts, rebates got this for a steal. I originally wanted a bumper with cutouts for the factory fogs but has several pre-drilled light attachment options. The only draw back for me was when I read the product descript it said "bolt-on, no drilling required" but when I opened the installation instructions it stated for the model year I had to bore out the 4 driver side front chassis holes an extra 1/16th plus drill 2 new holes on the sides. Turned out I had to drill all 8 front holes to 3/4" and I still barely got the bolts on. I'm not much of a mechanic and I had to go buy all the tools for this. I also had to drill holes in the bumper to attach my license plate." —Christopher C from Littleton, CO bought a Body Armor Front Bumpers for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler.
"Delivery was very quick, packing of this bumper was well cushioned but still scratched on the top of stinger portion approx. (1" scratch)on it when I opened box. This bumper is made very well and is heavy duty. overall it looks great." —Luke C from Ringoes, NJ bought a Rampage Recovery Bumpers for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler.
"Great heavy duty bumper/tire carrier. Nice wrinkle black finish. Fairly easy install. Had to remove the muffler to get the bolts in thru the back side of the frame rail. Well worth the effort tho. The bumper doesn't wrap all the way around like the stock bumper so theres some excess plastic hanging down at the rear of the plastic fenders that are unsightly so need to be trimmed off. A piece of cake. When you close the tire carrier the handle compresses a rubber sleeve and makes for a tight fit so I haven't heard any rattling or anything. Expect this to outlast the JK.
Glad I made this choice. Good deal from AutoAnything." —James O from Fpo, AE bought a Smittybilt XRC Bumpers for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler.
"Definitely the best deal I've seen on tube front bumpers. I got the glossy black ones and they really do POP." —Brandon S from Virginia Beach, VA bought a Smittybilt Tubular Bumpers for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler.
"I ordered this bumper and tire carrier to match the front one. It looks and fits good, had to wrestle it little to put it on but that is to be expected, I think. I did have a couple of concerns, though. The bolts that attach the d-rings were the wrong length, or rather two of them on each side. They were so short you couldn't use the washers under them. One hole in each of the two brackets that hit the rubber were stripped right out of the box and the stops themselves are so long that I had to cut the rubber bumpers, then the back end of the bracket hits my spare tire. This a stock spare and the bracket is adjusted all the way back. Hope my new spare will fit as this is the whole reason for the tire carrier. The stainless wear plate under the stop pin will not stay where it belongs and there is no retainer or spring on the pin to keep it with the carrier. I am basically pleased with it, it just looks like it could have been a little better for the money.
The price, shipping and service were EXCELLENT." —Garry B from Benton, AR bought a Rugged Ridge Front XHD Bumpers for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler.
