"Mask cover for hood portion does not attach well enough to prevent curling up on front at freeway speeds. Also, bendable tabs on wheel well openings do not stay so I had to drill hole and attach them with sheet metal screws. Generally works very well except you HAVE to modify it when you put it on. Disappointing but effective against love bug problem here in Fla two times a year. Will take it off as soon as bugs leave and not use it full time because of poor design for 2006 Ford Fusion."

RAV4 two peice mask

"The instructions were somewhat helpful but directed the use of 12 velcro tabs that attach to the fender or body and the instalation kit only came with eight of these. I called the Covercraft people and they sent four more out on a overnight delivery. Even with the four peices installed according to the instructions, the bottom flaps of the bra need something more than the supplied velcro peices. They came loose with the wind here in North Dakota. I used some adhesive tape peices of velcro to attach the tabs to the bottom of the vehicle on a flat surface that I don't think they took into account when installing this on the vehicle."

"Compared to the Colgan mask I have on our Lexus the Covercraft Mask is a poor excuse. The fit is very disappointing and the directions for installation are even worse. I have three degrees in engineering, and I wonder how much thought they gave in designing the cover and the directions they provided."

"Easy to install but it (lower part of the mask) needs to be at least a couple inches wider for better attachment to the wheel wells. I have it centered and one side is attached ok but the other has 2 tabs barely attached with one hanging loose. I have tried stretching it after exposure to the sun at 85 degrees w/o much change."

"So far, the bra has been adequate. As far as ease of installation, could be better. Vinyl seems to be a little thin and tends to not lay as flat as I wish it would. Plastic clips look a bit flimsy."

"I only used the lower portion of the mask, for I have a bug deflector on the hood. The mask was fairly simple to install once you figure out the instrutions. The only thing I'd change is have two more straps for tightening on the top center of the mask."

"The cover fit very nicely, and was easy to install. The only thing I noticed was that the hood and nose cover edges did not line up to each other. There was about 1 inch difference, however, I consider this minor and am extremely happy with the product overall. Sincerely, Stephen W"

Difficult

"If you are going to install this product, get expeienced help, some idustrial velcro and use your imagination. The instructions do not help, even with no wax and a clean surface the sticky parts would not hold, and four hands was not enough. BUT, after a trip to the hardware store and 40 minutes of tugging and adjusting, it fit like a glove! Next time will take 2 minutes."

"Installation was not bad and mask covered well. Made a 2,000 mile trip recently and it saved a lot of bug and debris from sticking to the vehicle finish. Easy to clean with a damp towel. Once necessary parts are in place, the mask can be removed and reinstalled easily."

2007 Corolla Car Mask

"First of all, I received the mask very quickly, I was very impressed with the speed of shipment from autoanything. The instructions for installing the mask weren't quite as detailed as I probably would have liked, being as how I have NEVER put one of these on before, but after a little looking around, I think I figured out where all the hooks were supposed to go. All in all, once the weather heated up I was able to finish stretching the mask to a skin tight wrinkle-free wrap around the front of my car perfectly! It's especially nice now driving on the rural highways with all the flying insects out now, it washes off clean as ever with little or no effort!"
