  • Get all-over protection for your front end with the Covercraft Full Mask
  • The Full Mask is custom-designed to cover all the way from your bumper to the leading edge of your hood on your year, make and model
  • Traditional 1-piece car bra installs and comes off quickly, while the 2-piece lets you open and close the hood naturally
  • Covercraft constructs your Full Mask from heavy-duty black vinyl, which has an attractive leather grain texture
  • Non-woven, downy fleece liner guards against scratches while it pampers your paintjob
  • Micro-perforation lets the Full Mask breathe, so it dries out while you drive around, even in wet weather
  • Protective air intake screens are woven into the Full Mask, so they won't rub against your finish
  • Covered aluminum tabs let you make minor size adjustments when the weather changes
  • Uses woven nylon straps, molded plastic hooks, felt-covered metal wheel well hooks and adhesive velcro for attachment
  • Reinforced air foils keep your Covercraft Full Mask from flapping in the wind like lesser auto bras
  • Cleaning is a breeze - just wash it off with a hose, let it dry and put it back on
  • Includes a 3-month warranty

Description

Because the nose of your vehicle bears a lot of abuse, it deserves the maximum protection that the Covercraft Full Mask delivers. From the base of your bumper to the leading edge of your hood, this front end mask shields your finish from dings, gouges and other paintjob-marring damages that cost you dearly at the body shop.

Your Covercraft Full Mask is custom designed to fit like a second skin on your exact year, make and model. When the weather changes, the covered aluminum tabs let you fine-tune the tension.

Covercraft crafts their Full Mask from heavy-gauge black vinyl, which is micro-perforated to allow drying while you're driving. To protect your paint from scratches, the inner layer is a soft, non-woven fleece.

The Full Mask comes in two styles. The 1-piece installs in no time, and comes off just as easily when you need to pop the hood. The 2-piece design takes more time to go on, but the hood opens normally. And, both include a 3-month warranty.

Notes

  • The Covercraft Full Mask does not cover the bumper on certain truck models because it would prevent you from mounting lights, grille guards and other truck accessories.

"After getting it in place and secure it looks good. When installing the bra on a 1997 Pontiac Grand Am the strap from side to side was broken, it appeared that when it was sown in the little plastic peace broke away. It was unable to be strapped from side to side. The bumper part will not stay due to the litle peices of velcro. Again after self modifing it it looks good now and hopefully stays. "The instructions are pathetic; the installation is anything but simple, and the final look is awful. In fact, the difficulty in putting the thing on and then taking it off when washing the car, makes this product impractical--even if it did fit better and look better. What a piece of garbage."

"This car mask is above all in design, manufacture and ease of installation. Even in 45 - 50 degree weather it installed easily on a Mitsubishi Eclipse GT Spyder and the 1st 70 degree day, it softened up nicely so I gave it that extra stretch to form a skin tight fit. The tabs and hook n loop features work perfectly with the clips and tapes provided. Nothing more was needed to keep this mask in place and look good. I have been buying and installing car masks since the 1980's and I've got to say that the price is very competitive; in fact I spent more back in 1994 for another famous car "bra" brand that was more difficult to install to achieve the look I have with this Covercraft! Personally I would have not designed the license plate opening into this model because it detracts from the look when you live in a state that doesn't use a front plate. Sports cars in general would looks so much smoother without the piping outlining the area a plate would go, but the addition of a custom painted vanity plate improved that flaw immediately. Kudos to Covercraft for a fine product at a reasonable price!"

"Looks great on my Camry! It took a while to stretch the mask. Final figured out that if you let the sun heat it up a bit it will stretch easier. One of the Velcro fender clips didn't hold too well and one of the adjustable strap hooks fell off somewhere. I will contact customer support for replacements."

"I'm very pleased. My son did the installation, and he said he had no trouble. The plastic hooks could possibly be stronger: several broke when he pulled on the straps to tighten them, but this didn't cause any real problems. Excellent value, and the service at AutoAnything was exceptional. Because there is now a "plain" Camry (apparently as opposed to the old "CE" designation) the salesman took time to make sure I would be getting the right mask before I ordered. It shipped promptly."

"If you are planning to buy one of these car covers, plan to throw the instructions in the trash. They are useless. Get yourself some zip-ties and expect to fashion your own unique way to attach the thing to your car. Once installed, the cover works well and stays put in the wind."

"So I finally installed the mask yesterday. Along with most of the other reviewers, I did find the instructions a tad confusing at first, but once I was able to view the correct placement of the mask it cleared up my confusion pretty much immediately. I love how it looks and the quality seems great. I have no complaints at the moment. We'll see how it performs over time."

"The Bra cover for my Honda Accord does not fit properly. It is too small to reach the inside fenders for side security and the front mask does not properly cover the designed area without interference with the upper lights. I rate it about 85% effective and I know it will reduce potential road damages during my travel this winter. I wish it would fit more perfectly to complement the attractiveness of my Accord."

"This mask is inexpensive and made for the average Mustang. Fit was pretty good. Good looking mask when installed. Not a perfect fit, but still good. My only complaint is the edges are finished in a fuzzy edging sort of material. I expect it will fade in the sun."

"I think the product is a good one. I do think they could have made it alittle longor On the sides, to reach the actual wheel well. As it is now I have approximately 1 and 1/4 inches from end of mask and the edge of the wheel well. This made it hard for the edge hugging bendable velcro attachments to be bent properly to and around the wheel well edge."

"This is not a very attractive car bra. It does not fit very tight. The openings for the headlights are a roll-up type that are too large and very awkward to use. The side clearance light holes do not match up. The fit on the bumper is very poor. Not anything like I wanted it to be. I should have gone with the cheaper model, it could not have been worse and I would have saved some money."

"The bra went on all right I guess. My problem with it is that the holes for the various lights and things are not great. The turn signal holes are to far to the left and cover part of the turn signals. On the side, the orange reflectors are more that half covered. Part of the reason for this is that the velcro clips you provided do not go up high enough on the wheel well and so they are not in exactly the right place.(There is a rivet there that keeps you from being able to put the clip high enough) This is also true for the tabs that go around the edge. They are not in the right place to pull it tight to the side and have it end up in the right place. It does make my car look better, and as soon as I figure out a way to stretch it farther the turn signals and reflectors should show better...."

"When I recieved the Mask from Covercraft, I found the step by step illustrations were not very legible. I contacted Covercraft and told them the problem and they emailed me a picture of what the front of my van would look like when the Mast was on. No new clear illustrations to go by as I had hoped for. So, I laid it all out and just started putting the Mask on. It took over an hour and a half, and I put in a couple self drilling screws to hold the two center wheel well clips in place for added insurance, but all ended well. It looks good and I'm satisfied. It's a good buy, just don't expect much help from the illustrations."
