Description

Because the nose of your vehicle bears a lot of abuse, it deserves the maximum protection that the Covercraft Full Mask delivers. From the base of your bumper to the leading edge of your hood, this front end mask shields your finish from dings, gouges and other paintjob-marring damages that cost you dearly at the body shop.

Your Covercraft Full Mask is custom designed to fit like a second skin on your exact year, make and model. When the weather changes, the covered aluminum tabs let you fine-tune the tension.

Covercraft crafts their Full Mask from heavy-gauge black vinyl, which is micro-perforated to allow drying while you're driving. To protect your paint from scratches, the inner layer is a soft, non-woven fleece.

The Full Mask comes in two styles. The 1-piece installs in no time, and comes off just as easily when you need to pop the hood. The 2-piece design takes more time to go on, but the hood opens normally. And, both include a 3-month warranty.

Notes

  • The Covercraft Full Mask does not cover the bumper on certain truck models because it would prevent you from mounting lights, grille guards and other truck accessories.

"The mask was fairly easy to install,about 30 or 40 mins. take your time, stop every minute or so, step back and look, so as not to get in a hurry. Have a helper,just for an extra eye, one person is all it takes,but I found that my wife helped a lot, just being there for support and an occasional hand. Remember!!! TAKE YOUR TIME!!,MAKE ADJUSTMENTS A LITTLE AT A TIME, A LITTLE HERE, A LITTLE THERE, NO BIG ADJUSTMENTS, THIS WILL CAUSE OVER ADJUSTMENT, AND DAMAGE TO THE MASK,AND POSSABLY YOUR CAR! DO NOT CUT EXTRA LENGTH OF STRAPS!,TUCK IT UNDER, OR A SMALL PIECE OF BLACK TAPE WORKS WELL. REMEMBER TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NOTHING UNDER THE MASK TO SCRATCH THE PAINT! WHEN WASHING VEHICLE, SPRAY WATER UP AND AWAY FROM HOOD, NOT DOWN UNDER THE MASK, I WENT THROUGH AN AUTOMATIC CAR WASH ONCE, BUT I WON'T DO IT AGAIN, IT WAS JUST TO MUCH, AND I HAD TO READJUST AFTERWARD, NOT RECOMENDED! "i just installed my covercraft full car mask, even though i received it back in march. like the reviews i read when i was deciding the buy it, the mask is much easier to install when the temperature is warm outside. i read the instructions 1st, but they made installation seem more difficult then they actually are. once i put the instruction away, installing my mask was easy! And it looks GREAT on my white 2004 pontiac grand prix GTP"
