The best thing to do with the instructions, which many other reviewers have derided, is to leave them in the box. A grade schooler with a keen eye can complete the first and subsequent installations by viewing the diagrams/charts. Steve"

"I have to admit how pleased I was with the quality of this truck bra. It was very easy to install and the fit was perfect. I made one modification to the piece by removing the netting with scissors to unleash my chrome front grill and that really did the trick. It was deliverd to my doorstep in 7 days. No more rock chips on the front end for me...well worth every penny. It's turning heads even more now."

"i like how the bra fits my vehicle, also feels and looks very durable. the only thing that i don't like is there is a black net that goes over my grill. i would like for it not to have covered my grill, so for this reason i will only have it on my car when i am traveling a long distances. this netting does not protect bugs from getting on my grill as i just returned from a trip and bugs went through the net and was on the grill. can the net on the bra be cut off?"

"I ordered the Colgan bra for my new Cadillac CTS to protect the front end and new chrome grill for a 1300 mile road trip I had planned. I ordered the expedited processing and my new bra arrived in time for the trip. It fit perfectly, performed flawlessly, stayed put at 130 mph (brief test), and stores neatly in the bag I ordered. Bugs clean off easily with a damp microfiber cloth. I would recommend it to anyone looking to protect a nice car for road trips, around town I would rather show off the car!"

"This bra fits the car perfectly. I had it on for three weeks for my trip from NY to Florida and back(I removed it only one time in between to wash the car. It goes on and off very easily and looks great!"

"thats all i can say about my accord after i put on this beautiful bra by Colgan, carbon fibre finish. It is exactly what i expected from the manufacturer and delivered promply. Concidering this is not the stock bumper on my car, the fit was perfect!! i love the fabric!! it rocks!! and the best part? nobody else has it!! easy to remove for washes, easy to reinstall.."

"The directions were quite generic, although very detailed. Installation on our black Toyota Highlander was a piece of cake and the lines in the 2-piece bra matched up perfectly with a glove-like fit. Purchased for its functionality, I find the Colgan Car Bra dresses up our vehicle nicely too. My only complaint would be the 2 months it took to have it delivered, but it was worth the wait."

"I RECEIVED MY COLGAN 3 WEEKS AFTER MY ORDER WAS PLACED. I PAYED $10 FOR EXPIDITED SHIPMENT. THE BRA CAME WITH INSTRUCTIONS BUT THEY ARE NOT REALLY NEEDED AS IT IS EASY TO FIGURE OUT THE INSTALLATION PROCESS. THE BRA WENT ON SMOOTHLY AS IT WAS HOT AND I DIDN'T WAIT THE TIME TO LET IT SOFFEN UP. IT LOOKS GREAT AN NO WRINKLES! I WOULD RECOMEND TO OTHER TOYOTA AVALON OWNERS AS THE FRONT END OF OUR CARS ARE VERY VUNRABLE TO STONE CHIPS AND BUGS IN THE SUMMER. JIM "

"Great purchase! I received an email shortly after ordering, which confirmed that my Colgan Carbon Fiber Original Car Bra was being manufactured and gave me an estimated time for arrival. The bra came prior the stated due date, which was a pleasant surprise given the number of postings that indcated long wait times. It still took several weeks. The bra fit great and is a breeze to take on and off. I did not find the instructions as unreadable as most, you just needed to read them thoroughly as they are written to cover various differences in bra designs. So far so good. The carbon fiber pattern looks very nice. I would highly recommend this product."

Bra opinion

"Fit was good after I let it set in the sun and stretch. The tabs that bend for the fender wheel really didn't secure it as tightly as I would like. I had to drill a small hole in the lowest tab so that it would secure to the inner fender. All in all it looks good and I'm satisfied."
