Ordered by phone and was very pleased with the personal service. Paid for expedited shipping and received the front end cover on the date promised. The cover is easy to install following the directions provided, but if you follow these tips it will go on much easier. Open the cover and spread out fully in the sun for about an hour prior to installation. This will make the cover more pliable and allow the various hooks to reach there locations with ease. Before placing the cover on the car, apply a good heavy paste wax to the front end to protect from any moisture that gets underneath. Once installed, this cover fit well, looks good on my dark gray car, and has already saved the paint from several rock chips. Good Product!
