However, when confronted with the lack of an available 110 volt power source, it provides the satisfaction I expected. You might say it's (much) better than nothing. In my particular application (primarily winter use) it sure beats hauling out 100 plus feet of extension cord through the ice and snow to reach my vehicles, in order to vacuum the interiors. This unit has proven adequate for general cleaning of debris to keep the vehicle interior reasonably presentable at times when the use of a heavier duty 110 volt vac is impractable. It performs as I expected and was worth every penny I paid for it.Mike "
