Protects from trees, blowing debris, and especially sunlight in SE AZ. Fits fine with windows up or down on my Boxster. Have not used it in stronger winds yet. My concern there is the velcro strap which fastens through the door handle. On another cover from another company for my Fiat, the handle ties have rubbed marks from flapping on the paint due to the wind. Am considering placing some type of cotton towel under your velcro strips to prevent such on the Boxster. This sunbrella extreme material is of great quality especially when compared to the other one. Just proves again, you usually get what you pay for."
