Description

Covercraft's Noah Car Cover is an excellent outdoor/indoor car cover that delivers on all your vehicle-covering requirements.

An impact-free inner layer of polyethylene/nylon blend is gentle on your ride's finish. The central layer of the fabric repels water with its vapor-porous design - microscopic pinholes are too small for water droplets and dust, but large enough for moisture vapor to escape. The exterior is polypropylene/polyethylene spunbond, durable and UV-resistant.

Made in the USA with Kimberly-Clark fabric. Your Noah Car Cover boasts a 4-year warranty.

"Nice material, however, no hole for the antenna. This means cutting the material which somewhat defeats the purpose."

Custom fit is the way to go

Posted on 01/31/2007 by Linda R. - 2002 Mercedes-Benz 320 (Hilton Head Island,SC)

"I purchased another cover as an intermediate until the custom Noah cover arrived for my new car. After spending two weeks struggeling with the first cover, when my Noah arrived....what a breeze. Lightweight-- so I can manage it. Custom fit is definitely the way to go. It also does much better in the rain. Customer service was terrific also--"

Good car cover

Posted on 01/30/2007 by Michael G. (Berkeley,CA)

"Seems like a good cover to me. Rain beads up. Keeps good airflow btwn the cover and car. Ask me again in a year... I'd say 5 star but it's too early to go whole hog. At this point though, I'd definately but it again."

"Had our new NOAH for our MR2 and it fit perfectly uintil the 45-50 mph winds and we realized ther was nothing under the front air dam for the cover to catch to. Had to rig a front tie down, but other than that the cover has performed as advertised."

Covercraft "Noah" Car Cover

Posted on 01/26/2007 by Michael C. - 2005 Chevy Venture (Catawissa,PA)

"Great Product. The outer shell seems very durable, while the inner layer is very gentle on the vehicle finish. The custom cover fits our van perfectly and the mirror pockets help to keep the cover in place. We have only had a few rain showers since we put the cover on, yet the van has remained dry."

BUYER BEWARE COVER LETS WATER RIGHT IN!!!

Posted on 01/12/2007 by John C. - 1982 Datsun 280ZX (Scottsdale,AZ)

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful.

"I PURCHASED THE NOAH BECAUSE IT BOASTS ITS ABILITY TO KEEP WATER OUT.FIRST RAIN, THE CAR WAS SOAKED. WHAT MADE IT WORSE WAS AFTER IT STOPPED I LOOKED OVER AT MY OTHER CAR,NOT UNDER A COVER AND IT WAS ALREADY DRY WHEN THE NOAH COVERED CAR WAS STILL SOAKED "microscopic pinholes are too small for water droplets and dust, but large enough for moisture vapor to escape." YEAH OK, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AT COVERCRAFT AND AA, TOLD ME "WELL I CAN SEE HOW YOU MAY THINK IT KEEPS OUT THE WATER BUT IN REALITY NO COVER IS WATERPROOF.WE ARE SORRY THAT YOU READ INTO THAT THE WRONG WAY" THEY SAY THIS COVER IS 80% WATER RESISTANT. I WOULDN'T. THEY ALSO RECOMMENDED THE $360. WEATHERSHIELD HD WHICH THEY SAY IS %95 WATER RESISTANT. I DON'T KNOW IF IM WILLING TO TAKE ANOTHER CHANCE. THE COVER FITS/LOOKS/FEELS GREAT AND BOTTOM LINE IS I'LL KEEP IT BECAUSE I NEED SOMETHING. I DID USE THE SUGGESTION OF ANOTHER REVIEW AND PLACE A TARP OVER THE NOAH BUNGEEING IT LOOSE IN THE FRONT AND BACK SO WIND CAN EASILY GET UNDERNEATH BUT THE TARP WON'T FLY AWAY. I'LL TAKE IT OFF AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK TO LET EVERYTHING BREATH. IT WORKED GOOD LAST RAIN. MY BIGGEST CONCERN WAS RAIN AND I AM DISAPPOINTED IN THE MISREPRESENTATION OF THE ADS. I BLAME COVERCRAFT BECAUSE THEY TELL THE SELLERS WHAT THE FEATURES ARE. COVER CRAFT ALSO TOLD ME THAT IT SAYS RIGHT THERE IN MY CARE PAMPHLET THAT THE COVER ISN'T WATER PROOF. WELL I DIDN'T HAVE THE PAMPHLET BEFORE I BOUGHT THE COVER NOW DID I? EVEN REPS SEEMED ANNOYED AT MY QUESTION BECAUSE IT SEEMED I WASN'T THE FIRST TO ASK. GOOD LUCK, RICH STATEN ISLAND NY"

Posted on 12/26/2006 by Charles C. - 1995 Lexus SC-300/400 (Sacramento,CA)

"This is the warranty replacement cover for my Lexus SC 400. The previous one developed a tear after two years. Prior to that there was no problem with the cover. It fit the car snugly and kept it free of dust, water from the carport, and pawprints from the local cats. I could hose it off without wetting the car underneath. I also have one on my wife's Acura."

"Bought the cover for my 03 Corvette Z06. Had to punch a hole and install the provided grommet for the antenna, but that was no problem. Overall a good cover to protect the car over the winter, fits well, nice and soft so it won't hurt hte paint. I use this with a tarp over it and park the car under the porch over the winter (I live in CT)."

"I have purchased 3 Noha car covers (California car cover--SORRY--did not know you were their) and they all have a thin layer of soft material inside to prevent scratching. The one I just purchased does not have the soft lining. Did I buy the wrong one or did they stop making that style? I do like the new one because it fit my car perfectly."

Horrible in the rain! Forget it.

Posted on 12/09/2006 by John Z. - 1972 Porsche 914 (Aptos,CA)

"... and I even Scotchguarded it as recommended by Covercraft representative. We had our first light drizzle on and off for a day adn I checked under the cover - totally wet. It's also stiff, slides easy off a nicely waxed car - too stiff to lock onto mirror pockets while installing - and leaves some peach fuzz as well. I had one of these for another car years ago and remembered it being "OK" for rain for awhile. That one is down to zero waterproof and time for a new one. There has to be a decent fairly waterproof cover out there somewhere. This Noah was a total waste of money. What a joke. An expensive joke."
