"As I write this, I can hear the sleet on the windows, so this is the first test of this cover here in the Northeast. I thought it was very easy to put the cover on. My Rover has a brush guard, so it made the fit a little snug, but that might be a good thing, because I did not put on the tie downs. The material is very light weight, unlike a lot of covers. Since my vehicle is tall, that made installation easier. Because of the slippery nature of the material, I find it easier in the future to fit the side mirror covers first, and then pull the rest of the cover into place. Overall impression? Nice cover and I would recommend it"

"When buying items via Internet,I read all reviews. I have had 2 other type covers and this one beats all. This doesn't leave residue on the windows. The fit is great. In order: unfold, put over mirrors, do front/back. When taking off, do the opposite. It's very light-weight making it easy to fold/unfold(if windy it might take two people like all covers). A very nice extra: an included storage bag. It covers 3/4 of wheels and the elastic hem cinches up into the corners of wheel wells making me think that it will not budge during windy days. I highly recommend the Quicksilver."

"This car cover fits my 2001 Firehawk coupe like a glove. Its not droopy like some of the more costly covers. We recently had very high winds with gust up to 45 MPH and the cover stayed put with only the 2 straps attached(no lock cable). So far I have no complaints with this cover and would recommend it."

"Looks great after putting on car, very simple to do..took less than 5 minutes to install, did not make antenna hole, we just unscrewed antenna, dont have to worry about any leaks. Has held up very well so far, even in HIGH WINDS. Fits snug as a bug on the 'tang. Nice storage bag included. Great buy!!"

"Very nice fit for a non custom car cover. It's a little slippery on the paint when trying to put it on the car. Can't even begin to get it on if there is a slight breeze. However, it's looks great on, fits really well. I am very happy with the cover after a month. Stands up to breezes and rain when on, if straps (provided) are used. I couldn't be happier with an off the shelf cover. It was slightly expensive, but, I think i was worth it. The others I have used for the same vehicle had poor fit. They also blew off easily. This one is way better.
Thanks, Mike "

"After using a $450 top of the line car cover, I thought to try this $200 Quicksilver cover since my car was 5 years older. I'd say great bang for the buck. It does all the things the $500 cover did, except dry as fast. It actually has a better stitch pattern than my old cover had. No seams running across the roof or hood. Much better than the multilayer covers for compactness and does not leave the multilayers' haze on the glass. It had no spare tire cutout. Not quite the state of the art lightweight material or overall 'trickness' as the top of the line cover, but WELL worth it. I recommend it."

"We recently purchased the QuickSilver Car Cover for a 2008 Toyota Highlander that will sit outside in Southern California for six months of the year. We Liked the fact that the write-up about the cover said that it did well in this kind of climate. The cover seems to be made of good quality and lightweight. Installation is easy. Compared to the prices of other adverised covers, it seems to be the most versatile for the money. Like the stuff bag-makes storage easy!"

"I have had my cover only a week but truly like the ease with which I can take it off and put it on. I am a woman in my middle 60's and it presents no problem for me. It has not been through a rainstorm and I am anxious to see how it does. The wind was strong the other day and it did not move. Using the provided straps are a good security. It covers the wheels as well and the mirror pockets are great. I also really like the storage bag which is also included. My Corvette's paint will be safe from the elements now."

"I have the Noah and Bavarian Autosport covers on two cars and just bought the Quicksilver for my son's Roush Mustang. The Quicksilver is thicker than the Bav Auto cover and has a similar texture. Packs up small and is light. The Noah is a handfull. The QS price is less than either of the other covers and I would buy this one again over the others. It has good wrap around in front and back and doesn't blow up from the car. Haven't had it in the rain yet, but in the sun it does reflect the heat better than the Noah and Bav Auto."

"Plus's:
Light and easy storage in a compact bundle. Easy to install and remove even with the tendency of the cover to slip off the vehicle. Good value and appearance.
Minus's:
Needs reinforcement around mirror pockets. This is the major area of stress on the cover during installation and removal. As the cover ages, the material deteriates and tears when stressed. This is my second cover and I had reinforcement added in this area to extend the life of the cover."
