Covercraft Weathershield HP Car Cover Customer Reviews

Can old dogs learn new tricks? Covercraft proved it’s possible by infusing their classic Weathershield Car Cover with even greater defensive power, giving birth to the Weathershield HP Car Cover.
What sets Covercraft’s Weathershield HP apart is its advanced solution-dyed production process. Every fiber that’s spun together in this impressive fabric is dyed from the inside out, rather than merely getting a surface treatment. This cutting-edge technique makes your Weathershield HP Car Cover fade resistant, so its color remains vibrant even when exposed to harsh sunlight. Plus, it will not transfer onto light-colored paintjobs!
What’s more, your Weathershield HP Car Cover also delivers superior finish protection by blocking dust, dirt, tree sap and bird drizzle. And, water beads and sheds off your Weathershield HP, providing superior moisture protection while still remaining fully breathable to vent heat and condensation.
Like every Covercraft Car Cover, the Weathershield HP is custom tailored for a form fit. Its light weight makes installation and storage a snap, and you can easily wash and dry this cover in your home washing machine. 4-year warranty.

The cover does a great job keeping my car clean and dry. The fit is perfect as well as construction. Make sure you tie it in the middle using the rings, we have lots of gusty winds during thunder storms.

I had another car cover previously and it would still leave condensation on the car. I have a 63 Tbird and want to keep that Chrome dry! This cover the rain slides right off! I will say, the interior does heat up a little more than with other covers. Fit in the back isnt as great as I would like, but it has fins, so that is hard. stays secure without the extra straps even in wind.

Fit is easy and perfect..it is very light weight. Hopefully it will withstand a harsh winter, should that come around next year. I have only used it one month, but it is very nice.

The Covercraft car cover fits perfectly. It performs exactly as advertised. Not having a garage is tough, but with the Covercraft car cover I am able to still keep my new car protected from the elements.

Similar to the Factory Ford cover sans the logo's, fits tight and repels rain great a must in south Florida. Wouldn't waste my time or money on additional tie downs based on how it fits new, perhaps when the elastic gives out in a year or two.

The cover they sent me ripped in one night with very little wind. They would not accept an exchange. I am very disappointing in the product and feel ripped of due to the fact they wouldn't take it back for a better built cover.

Are there mirror pockets sewn into the cover or do they have to be cut out?

The mirror pockets are sewn into the cover. As long as your mirrors are factory equipped, the cover will fit perfectly.

Hi Rommel, great question! We called Covercraft to verify, and yes, all the Covercraft covers feature a flap so you can charge your Volt while it's covered.
