Easy to use, not sure really water/floors proof. I guess I,ll find out.

The Weathershields and I haven't been through any bad weather yet, but the fit on both cars was perfect - much better and trimmer than any of the heavy non-woven "bargain" covers I've used before. Here in SoCal the biggest problem is dust, so that when it did rain hard those covers would simply deposit mud on the car. And they could not be laundered. So my primary reason for switching to Weathershield was its washability. The tight fit and easy deployment were welcome bonuses.

I have a 1979 Alfa Spyder and keep it outdoors during the Convertible Season. I wanted a cover that will protect the vehicle from the elements in New Jersey including pollution, heavy rain and direct sunlight. The Noah cover accomplishes this extremely well. This is my second Noah (first lasted 5+ years). The length is perfect. I was a bit disappointed in the depth of this new cover v. the first one that I purchased. It does not completely cover the lower body by about 4-5 inches on either side. This exposes the lower body panels to potential chaffing by the securing tie. With that small quip, I highly recommend this cover to anyone who wants a premium cover at a good value through AutoAnything!
