I prefer the form fit over the dusttop since once it is on, I can still see the great lines of the car. The cover has a nice fleece lining (no obvious pilling to leave residue on car)and the cover is very stretchy like spandex. Takes about a minute to put on with or w/out the hardtop. Took one or two tries to learn the easy way to fold up. the photos don't show it, but there are alot of seams and while this is a "custom" fit, it is custom to a number of cars, but as I said, clings to the car well enough to know its a 328. Still go the the garage every night to take a peek. Only tradeoff, wish there were a Prancing Horse logo on front, but then it would cost twice as much.

Fits like a glove everywhere except for the mirror pockets, which are pretty baggy. Nobody notices, though. I suspect that prior model years or the towing package, may have offered larger mirrors.
