This to my knowledge this is the replacement for the Kimberly-Clark Dustop I have had on my Corvette for many years. That cover finally broke down and deposited a fine powder on the car. So the Covercraft Dustop became my choice and it is far from its predecessor in quality, fit, and handling. It is a very tight fit and the mirror pockets are not in correct alignment. It also has very defined seams and some stitching seems carelessly done. The softness of the K-C cover was great while this one is stiff. Perhaps this will stretch out and soften with time as it has only been on the car a month. It is not junk by any means but it does fall short of my expectations.
