Weathershield HD Car Cover

Reviewed By Thomas S (Brooklyn, NY) Reviewed for a 1969 Chrysler Newport —3/28/2006 1:41 PM

In my experience so far (about three months) this cover is great for outdoor storage where you don't take the cover on and off that much. My previous cover was the standard Weathershield; that cover was much easier for one person to take on and off. The HD Weathershield is made from a thicker material and is less prone to getting tiny nicks from getting caught on my car's trim. I'd say for my needs (outdoor storage from November through March in the Northeast for a car with trim that could get caught on the cover) this cover is better. For everyday use, I would recommend the standard Weathershield, it was MUCH easier for one person to take on and off the car and gave great protection in all kinds of weather (note: my 1969 Chrysler is a bit on the large size, being just short of 19 feet long).

Just the right stuff

Reviewed By James H (Berkeley, CA) Reviewed for a 2008 Mercedes-Benz E-Class —4/22/2015 9:18 PM

I looked at several vendors and brands for a car cover for my Mercedes Benz. I personally hand washed my beast ever since I own and had it detailed semi annually with the same detailer. I am very careful about how I treat my beast. I am pleased and know that I made the right choice with AutoAnyting and Covercraft Car Cover.

Its good

Reviewed By Michael M (BELLFLOWER, CA) Reviewed for a 2010 Acura TSX —4/22/2015 8:38 PM

The cover fit as good as the OE one. The mirrors are hard to get on like the OE but unlike the OE there is no relief for the shark fin antenna.
