Certainly beat an old tarp!

Got this for a 2012 Mercedes roadster we are looking at, but using it on a kit car that we are restoring but don't have garage space for at the moment. We've had several heavy storms with long periods of 100+ degree drought and it has held up in both instances. Interested to see how it handles the winter weather...

Dust Cover MecB SLK350

Reviewed By Steve Y (New Palestine, IN) Reviewed for a 2009 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class —1/27/2012 8:02 AM

I found the Covercraft Dustop cover to be of good quality. Once placed on the car it provides very good coverage, covers the vehicle very well and has a very good appearance. I'm pleased with both the quality of material used as well as the workmanship of the finished product. My only concern I would share with future buyers is. When I first ordred the cover, I was under the impression from the advertisement on your site, that the cover (Custom to fit your vehicle) was made to fit my vehicle, including a installed grommet hole for the rear fender antenna. When I received the cover there was a plastic grommet provided. However, I had to cut a whole in the cover and install the grommet prior to being able to use the cover. My recommendations would be to make it perfectly clear that the cover really isn't custom made for your vehicle and that some assembly is required. When you spend that amount of money for a fine car cover, you shouldn't have to be required to cut a whole in it, install a plastic grommet prior to its use.
