Volvo S60 and Covercraft Weather Shield HD Car Cover

Reviewed By Ralph N (West Hills, CA) Reviewed for a 2009 Volvo S60 —4/18/2012 10:10 AM

I find the HD car cover to be fine with one exception. The cover has pockets for the side view mirrors, which is fine. However, the length of the cover from the mirrors to the front end is too short to cover the entire bumper of my S60 Volvo. And, because the sideview mirror pockets prevent me from pulling forward the car cover, a portion of my bumper remains exposed. Ideally, I would prefer that the front elastic be able to be placed under the front bumper. As I say, because the cover from the sideview mirror pockets is about three to four inches too short, it only covers the top part of my bumper. Now, on the other hand, the rear part of the cover has enough length from the sideview mirror covers to wrap under the rear bumper and works just fine.

Car cover for '08 Toyota Solara

The fit was perfect when we first put it on the car. We have not put it on yet for the 6-8 months we bought it for. But we purchased the extra clips/string and cable to hold it down and hope it will hold for the hot southern summer through early winter. It appears it will work.

The car capsule looks to be doing it's job well. The quality looks great. Directions could be better. A picture or sketch would go a long way showing blower assembly.
