I only used it for the first time a week ago. The zipper worked fine as long as I took it slow and didn't force it. I am a little nervous about the durability of the material The drive to the storage garage is a mixture of gravel, clay and sand so was concerned about tracking in grit that might puncture the material so I bought another tarp for $19 to park the car on and used an old tarp to protect the front part when I drove on to it. I have an 85 MR2 that I drive in the summer and a '04 buick that I drive on trips and through the winter. The buick rotors, under pan and exhaust rust during summer storage so hope this will take care of it.
Fantastic Product for the Money

I bought this for my classic car parked under a carport on an island. Awesome results, keeps the salt, moisture, critters, out! I used a dehumidifier to keep it dry inside & probably could get away without it. Once it pulls out the moisture inside it hardly needs to run which means it's a pretty good sealed system. Large, can fit a car plus other stuff, bikes, etc. Quality good. Zips and unzips easily. You will still need a car cover on your car inside the bag to protect the paint job.
