Long term concern

The single layer covercraft is not waterproof and I didn't expect it to be. I am concerned about the long term survival when exposed to repeated rain and sun, not to mention snow. If this was car cover was intended for indoor only then I did not see that in the information section. The single layer, unlike four layer previous covercraft car covers, has me concerned about longevity.I have a metal cable and lock that I use on same. Previous care covers were stolen and one sun damaged.
High quality, handsome cover that doesn't perform as I'd hoped.

The temps range in 35-45 degree range at night & 55-65 during the day where I live - Most evenings there's ground fog whereby water will bead & roll off the cover. The car is stored on a concrete slab, under a carport. In the AM the inside of the top 'sweats' creating interior moisture between the car & cover that would certainly 'fog' the clear coat over time. I'm removing & I drying the cover so it, and the car, will dry - I believe the paint would 'bake' if stored in direct sunlight.
