Product data is a key driver to a good customer experience on the web. The Product Data Specialists will share responsibility for overall data production and quality. Our ideal candidates will be energetic, extremely organized, and personable, who will assist the Team with creating and supporting the product information that drives AutoAnything’s database.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have advanced Excel skills
- Training and product research on all vendor products
- Inventory management and identifying products or the equivalent helpful
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Enter alpha-numeric product data and other alpha-numeric data following data integrity standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to efficiently handle multiple priorities
- Communicate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure accurate details of product information are inputted.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be effective at all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain records and documentation pertaining to the vendor product
- Ability to process information and procedures through internal systems
- Good time management skills and able to shift priorities
- Team-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Provide backup support to escalated product related issues
- Superior trouble-shooting skills
- Demonstrated ability to use internet and intranet systems to search and find answers and solutions
- Excellent attendance
EXPERIENCE (INCLUDING CERTIFICATIONS):
- Minimum High School diploma; Associates Degree or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in Customer Service
- Automotive knowledge a major plus; Understanding of product and cross functional understanding of all internal integrating data systems and data uses strongly desired
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, & Word;
