Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for answering all inbound phone calls and emails ensuring complete and total customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls within the quality guidelines of 90% off calls within 20 seconds
- Maintain positive relationship with all customers and vendors who come in contact with AutoAnything
- Follow-up daily on unresolved customer resolutions
- Process and bring to resolution problems, issues, concerns, refunds and discrepancies
- Maintain open communication with our external business partners
- Conduct research to resolve issues by utilizing our systems, reference guides and product collateral
- Access web sites for product information
- Handle escalated calls and turn return calls into exchanges
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral communication and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner
- Ability to listen attentively to others and be able to articulate problem resolution
- Ability to maintain records and documentation pertaining to the customer or the product
- Ability to process information and procedures through internal systems
- Ability to maintain a fair, consistent set of standards as they apply to work
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player and able to multi-task
- Highly organized and Attention to detail
- Superior trouble-shooting skills
- Excellent attendance
Education and Experience (including certifications):
- 2-4 years experience in Customer Service, eCommerce environment
- Call center experience a plus
- e-Commerce experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word & Excel
- Knowledgeable in Internet Browser
