Job Description

Day-to-day Activities:
- Answer inbound customer order requests (phone and email)
- Offer exceptional sales presentations and product knowledge information
- Provide technical assistance and/or make additional product recommendations
- Liaison between vendors and customers
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in auto parts or accessories sales
- ASE P2 certification preferred
- 2+ years experience in auto service; Parts, counter, sales and/or service writer
- You have a positive and professional attitude
- You are energetic, enthusiastic and dependable
- You are self-motivated in trying to find better ways to enhance the customer's experience
- You like helping people
- You like learning about new merchandise in a constantly expanding product selection
- You can proficiently use the internet
- You like working on a team
- You can multi-task and follow-up on customer requests like nobody's business
General requirements:
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Contact Management System and Internet savvy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively with excellent follow through skills
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a collaborative environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
- Prior automotive background, knowledge or passion
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
