"Twice we have spilled things on the upholstery in the back of our Toyota Rav 4, and the smell, as well, as the stains, were extremely difficult to get out. Also, we live at the beach and frequently get sand in the back of our car. This, too, is difficult to get out, since it does not vaccuum up easily. With the canvas jackets, these problems will be things of the past."

"Overall good plus - couldn't imagine anything better for my needs - haven't had opportunity to get them dirty yet. an aside - the logo on the jackets is of Greenwing Teal - couldn't they find a pair of Canvasbacks"

"I've had a similar product in my 1996 GC and loved it. This one comes in about 30 - 50% lighter (thinner) so we will have to see how it holds up."

"Basically happy with product - attaches rather low to back seat of my 09 Toyota Rav4 (fabric seats) leaving a rather wrinkled look - a nicely made product and easy to install"

"The Canvas Jacket I ordered for my 2010 Subaru Forester fits perfectly. They were very easy to install. My choice of the gray color looks handsome next to the black cargo nets. I feel better knowing that the back of my seats are protected when I fold them down for extra cargo space."

"great product, keep saying to myself "why didn't someone think of this earlier." A little expensive and I could do without the canvasback logo, maybe something more subtle. I love it otherwise"

"Great product. Wish I would have known about it when I had my last SUV. No more dog hair on the back of seats or headrests. Only problem I have is that it bunches up behind seats when they are folded up. Might only be a problem specific to the ford Edge."

"Two Corgis make this type of cover a must. The fit is versitile, so that we never have to remove the cover. The Velcro border of the cover really holds the mat down tight with no wrinkles. The water-proof feature is great for wet dogs, plants and general hauling. Like this product."

"I wish it went up on the sides a little bit, just for that extra protection so things don't run off the side - but excellent. I love how it protects the backs of the seats from the kids feet. I do have a husky cargo liner to go behind the 3rd seat of my Expedtion EL, but am really glad I spent the money on the Canvasback"

"Great for dogs. Looks nice, easy install. Fits perfect. A little hard to put the seat down bc zipper is hard to reach unless u have long arms, but that can't be helped."

"Installed easily. Could fit the second row bucket seats a little better to protect the leather arm rests. Received two covers for the 2nd row bucket seats at the top around the headrest. Have not figured out how to use these if I need them in the Acadia. I would recommend purchase."

"We wanted an easy to clean protector for the rear area and backs of the rear seats in our Grand Cherokee. It is our only vehicle to carry our labrador retriever to/from swims and this cover is perfect to protect the carpet from dirt and stains. The surface is a little slippery for him, but he's adapting well. Great product. Highly recommend it."

"We purchased the canvasback for our chevy 2009 traverse with 2nd row bench seating. First off, the product itself is great and installs in seconds with no straps, clips, etc. A real breeze considering what a pain some of the other seat covers we have used were. Suffice to say, we love the product. To make things even better, we screwed up when ordering--and bought a cover that fit the cargo exactly but bought a cover for captains chairs in the 2nd row as opposed to bench seating. Autoanything didn't carry a replacement so i called the manufacturer. They in turn went out of their way to make a cover for the 2nd row seat that would fit, sent us a ups shipping slip to return the ones that WE incorrectly ordered, and in turn made us a customer for life. Canvasback has some of the best customer service of any company that i have ever ordered from, and that is saying a ton. Great product and incredible service--you really can't go wrong."

"I don't have any complaints about my Canvasback to this point. I only recently installed it, but it's worked well in its little use. The reason I bought it was to prevent the dogs hair from covering all the carpet in the vehicle and the color scheme will fit nicely with my yellow lab. It has handled some moisture spills quite well and no smells have been left behind. The fit is great inside my vehicle as well, with only one small problem, I wish the canvasback was about an inch shorter such that the adhesive would stick to my carpet, allowing me to use my "wet storage" compartment. The way it was built, it stick to the plastic molding instead and I'll have to devise a way to cut it back to allow me access. Otherwise, great product thus far."

"I looked around for almost a year and even tried and returned one other option before settling on this model. Super easy installation and a great fit. The nylon is a little slicker than the carpet so stuff is liable to move around a bit. Construction is solid and finishwork is nice. The zipper for the split back seat is well done and is very functional."

"I have read great reviews for this product on this site and so far I'd have to agree. I've had my lab trample over the canvas and the shedded dog hair brushes right out, compared to being imbedded in the carpet material. I throw my mountain bike in there and it doesn't gouge or tear with the bike parts touching it. The velcro keeps the cover in place and I can easily adjust the 20/60 seats without movement of the cover. This is much better than the big plastic 1 piece cover that you can buy as an accessorie with the Pilot. The only grip I have so far, is that the cover accommodated handle holes for the third row seats,(so I can manipulate the 20/60 seats), but not for the latch in the trunk/well area of my 09 Honda Pilot. I had to cut the cover to use the trunk/well area handle and will have to cut another small hole, so that the trunk/well area can stay latched open."

"I own a ‘09 Subaru Outback wagon with dark black interior. I chose the Hawaiian print, and it looks fantastic with the black interior. I have three dogs that shed. The canvas cover is sturdy and the hair vacuums up easily, and protects hairs from being imbedded in the carpet or side walls. The product exceeded my expectations in fit and finish, and covered every area including the sides of the cargo area. It comes in 4 pieces and has cutouts for the wheel well opening latches. The company even included some sealed dog biscuits, which was a humorous yet well received customer service touch. If you are buying this cover for dogs and own a Subaru, you might want to think about putting some foam or padding underneath the canvas cover to soften the area for the spoiled dog(mine are spoiled)or place a dog mat/bed on top of the cover. If I had any complaint it is a small one. The opening latch for the floor board which is a few inches from the end of the cargo area is not cut out. Easily reachable underneath the cover, but would prefer a cutout. Highly recommend the product. First tmie in a long time a product exceeded my expectation, and this product did just that. I would recommend to all my aninal loving friends."

"2009 Ford Flex - They fit like a glove and went in easily. I fold my seats frequently and a hard pan cover is a pain to store or try to carry with you. These fold with the seats and expose the handles and latches with no fuss. The second seat back protectors are excellent. I carry two grand children and a wet lab every day along with tools, plants, groceries etc. The Flex replaced a crew cab pick-up. The canvasback jackets were the perfect choice."

"The canvas jacket was easier to install than I thought. The velcro did not 'grab' at the car's carpet. Upon receipt, seemed a bit pricey for the size of the product. On the other hand, it did fit the car well and should help protect the carpet. We placed the dog's crate on top of the installed cover. (Thanks for the dog treat!). Bottom line--works well but a tad expensive. Hopefully, it will last many years!"
