The Canvasback is well made and looks nice once installed. The surface is slippery compared to the original carpet, but that's to be expected wtih canvas. This also makes it easy to clean. Installation is fairly easy, but you need to pay attention to getting it in the right spot since it is a custom fit product. The price is higher than others, but given the quality and the fact that I got it on sale, I think it is worth it.

With four dogs this product was a Godsend. Since it is waterproof their wet paws never touch my SUV's carpeting. It stays put with the velco. I would recommend this product for anyone that has pets.

I just installed my Canvasback and I can already tell it was a good move to keep the upholstery in the back of my vehicle clean. I keep the back seats down about 99% of the time for my dog. I live in a wet climate so I needed something better than a towel and blanket to protect the rear carpet and seat backs. Installation was pretty easy, but really requires 2 people to keep it from sticking in the wrong place as you are laying it down. It fits almost perfectly and the velcro really seems to hold fast. My dog jumps in and out of the car without it moving even a millimeter. I think it's a bit spendy, but I'd buy another one for my next car.

I really like the liner. The only issue I have had is that things slide around on it. It is slick. I really like the fact that it covers the area including the rears of the back seats and has a zipper to allow you to put either one or both seats up or down.

excellent fit, easy to clean and very high quality. Install instructions could have been a little more detailed and specific to my model.

I don't have any complaints about my Canvasback to this point. I only recently installed it, but it's worked well in its little use. The reason I bought it was to prevent the dogs hair from covering all the carpet in the vehicle and the color scheme will fit nicely with my yellow lab. It has handled some moisture spills quite well and no smells have been left behind. The fit is great inside my vehicle as well, with only one small problem, I wish the canvasback was about an inch shorter such that the adhesive would stick to my carpet, allowing me to use my "wet storage" compartment. The way it was built, it stick to the plastic molding instead and I'll have to devise a way to cut it back to allow me access. Otherwise, great product thus far.

This is an excellent product. Our Chessie is a born water-dog, even if the water happens to be snow, and deep. We 'field-tested' the Canvasback by letting Archer jump into the cargo area, seats down, after bouncing around outside awhile chasing toys and then going for a short ride. Not a drop on the carpets and he didn't pull the liner loose at all. Very, very nicely done, Idaho folks! WCW

This is perfect for the SUV owner who uses the fold down 60/40 seats all the time, and often needs to fold down only a portion of the back seat......with the last cargo liner I bought, I did not have that capability, and it was difficult to use it, and have our dogs, groceries, etc when we didn't need the whole back seat down, just part of it. This is awesome, easy to install, attractive, and also doesn't have messy sticky stuff to put on your plastic upper lining of the cargo area. So, overall, I rate it excellent for our use and for the price! Wish I had seen it when we bought the first one, about 2 years ago! Yvonne from Texas

Although it's a little on the expensive side, the Canvasback for the cargo compartment of my Mariner looks and fits great. However, the OEM carpet on the floor of the Mariner doesn't allow the velcro to stick properly. I'd also suggest a plastic coating on the material to help keep it clean especially with the lighter colors.
