"This thing looks great but the tape on the back does not want to stick at the bottom of the door had to clamp it over night for a few nights, the only 3m tape I saw was in the middle."

"The Putco chrome fuel door cover is a good alternative to the more pricey and more difficult to install fuel door. If it is looks you want with minimal effort and cost the Putco fuel door is the way to go."

"I have a 2008' Toyota FJ cruiser, after slapping on my PUTCO CHROME FUEL COVER, everybody looked. It was like my girl walking around in sexy "Victoria secret panties" all eyez on me. This was a great investment, it enrich my 26" wheels and other chrome accessories, now everybody wanna ride."

"The OEM covers that Putco makes are exceptional. I also purchased the door handle covers. These are better than going chrome. The picture of this fuel door cover does not serve it justice, although my cover does not have the notch on the outer edge, the cover is shiner than it looks. Good job Putco, I will purchase your products in the future"

"i bought the putco chrome fuel dorr to add to the chrome package that i have on my 07 dodge ram pickup. this product is one of the best quality products that i have seen in a while. it commes with eight small strips of 3M double sided automotive grade tape on the outside rim along with a large circular piece in the middle. once i put it on it has never come off."

"I purchased this for my father for his birthday. He had just purchased a 2007 Ford F150 w/chrome package. He wanted a chrome fuel door but didn't want to go through the hassle or expense of removing the original. I searched several area stores and then several other web sites including the Ford site and just couldn't find anything. This was the last site I was going to search and low and behold I found this cover. I quickly called him and had to walk him through the process of searching the web so he too could view the product. He wasn't too sure about the flames on the cover but gave me the go ahead to purchase it. When he received it and put it on he called me up and was soo excited. He was impressed with how simple it was to put on, even more impressed with the quality, but overwhelmed with how great it looked on the truck!! He even loved the flames. When I finally got to see the final project I too was impressed but not only with the way it looked and how much it made my Dad happy, but that the cost was so reasonable. Since then we have searched the site for more of the chrome items and I will be making additional purchases for Christmas gifts. Thank you for offering great products at agreat value!!!"
