"The hood has an OEM lock. Why shouldn't my gas tank have a fuel door lock? Use some masking tape to avoid scratching your ride when removing the old fuel door. Two keys were included."

"HELLO THERE, I RECIEVED THE FUEL DOOR. THE SHIPPING WAS QUICK. THE FIRST THING I NOTICED ABOUT THE BOX WAS THE WEIGHT. I OPENED THE PACKAGE AND I WAS VERY PLEASED. THE QUALITY OF THIS PIECE IS VERY HIGH. IM VERY IMPRESSED. ITS NOTHING LIKE THE FUEL DOORS YOU GET AT LOCAL RETAIL AUTO SHOPS. ITS ALMOST 3X THE WEIGHT AND THE MECHANISMS ARE PRECISION. I HAVENT INSTALLED MINE YET SO I DONT KNOW THE FIT YET. THATS THE REASON I DIDNT GIVE 5 STARS. BUT IM SURE ITS DESERVING. THANKS A BUNCH! I WILL KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PRODUCTS!!! --TILL"

"The fuel door is great, and really added to the overall look of my truck. It wasn't hard to install - took maybe a half-hour at most. It arrived super quick as well. No problems with this purchase at all - I wish they all went so well!"

"This add on to my Trailblazer is great. I;m in Hawaii and things take a bit longer to get here however this arrived very quickly. Installation was SO EASY. Screwdriver is all that was needed. Took me about 10 minutes to install the door. Fit perfectly. No gaps. Easy instructions."

"Works great. Installed in a few minutes. I wished all the screws matched on outer housing 8 hex for show and 4 square for holding on cover. All and all was well worth the money."

"When i first got the door in i was impressed by the way the fuel door was put together, which is very well; nice and sturdy. What i wasn't really impressed with was the lack of instructions; there were no step by step instructions involving a visual aid which i like to have. I was given a bag of hardware and i had to figure out how to use it which makes me waste my time by making me go through a trial and error process. To whom ever it may concern, it would nice to have more complete instructions breaking the installation down barney style with nice pictures so i don't need my dad to assist me."

"I have purchased 2 of these. One is for My truck 01-2500HD crew cab & the other for 98 1500 Z71. Both were extremely easy to install with minimal tools involved. The instructions were very easy to follow & the final reslut was a nice secure looking gas cover."

"I was just about to remove and paint the billet fuel door black on my 2001 Bullitt (No. 416) when I came across the black one available from AMI. I'd looked everywhere but until then had never seen a black one. Ordered it and found it to be of excellent quality and easy to install. It looks great! The only thing I would change would be to include black screws as well."

"My new fuel door looks great, a nice addition to my truck. The only complaints are that I can't tether my gas cap to the door and I had to go out and purchase a star tool to install the door. Overall, I am very satisfied with my recent purchase and would gladly recommend this product."
