"Installed on our silver Lucerne and it looks great. I have read other reviews about installation problems. Take your time and dry fit all the pieces. Make a pencil mark on the piller where you want the piece to fit. I found that peeling the top 5% of the backing to get it positioned would avoid problems if you have to reposition slightly and when in place pull the rest of the backing and press in to place. We are so pleased we plan to add other dress up pieces from autoanything."

Bad Experience with Shipping

"The product was order on June 17th, I did not get a complete set of usable pieces until July 9th. I received the initial order within 3 days of placing it. However, due to poor packaging on the part of the manufacturer, two pieces were damaged in shipping. AutoAnything was very helpful in getting me a replacement order for the damaged pieces. After waiting for a full week, I received the replacement pieces (this time packaged very well) but one of the pieces was incorrect. Again AutoAnything was very helpful in placing yet another order for the incorrect piece which took another week to arrive. The total time from placement of my order to obtaining a complete usable set was over 3 weeks. I have no issue with AutoAnything, but if the manufacturer had packaged the first shipment as carefully as they packaged the second shipment, there would not have been a problem in the first place. Now that I have all the pieces required, the installation was easy and the product looks great! I'm pleased with the product and the service I received from Auto Anything. I just hope the manufacturer resolves their shipping issues."

"I like the appearance of the chrome pillar posts on my car. The driver's side rear pillar post was mislabeled which resulted in having to pull the pillar post off the car and reposition it on the passenger side of the car. There were no detailed instructions provided. As a result the end appearance did not look as good as it was supposed to."

"Very easy to install and look extremely nice. Everyone tells me that they make the car look 10 times better. The only thing is that you really need to take your time and line up the tops of the pieces along with the spacing between them so it looks stock otherwise it will be noticeable up close they are crooked. Very nice accessory."

"It is a little tricky to install. If you don't get it right the first time, you're done. I messed up the driver door and one of the back door trim. When I tried to pull and do it again, it bent badly. I will have to get another set when I get some money."

"I really liked the way these looked after I put them on my Infiniti QX56 '07. They were very easy to put on and the the 3M glue tape backing is awesome. As others have said in their reviews it is essential to have them properly lined up before you remove the adhesive cover so that you don't end up losing the adhesive strength of the 3M glue tape while trying to remove and repeatedly line up the trim. The pieces are very well made and fit exactly to my QX56. I would recommend to anyone who wants to jazz up their SUV with some more class styling ."

"I have an 05 Nissan Armada SE, now that I have installed the Chrome Pillar Post, a total new look. Only a few have them on but I think mine look even better with my new 22" and chrome Rocker Panels on as well."
