Installation took about 30 minutes. Only complaint was the instructions stating that the fuel cap plastic lanyard retention pin could be pushed in to one of the holes on the back of the fuel door. Not so much!! By removing the factory fuel cap holder from the back of the factory fuel door and mounting in with automotive tape to the AMI fuel door, the issue was solved.

Great product to ward off fuel thieves and mischievous teenagers. IMO its better to pay for a quality locking fuel door than buying a $5 locking replacment cap that throws on CEL's every 1K miles. Install took under 30 min myself and the fit is right on flush with the body. black powder coat looks and feels really well done, with a nice matte finish. Definetly pricey but worth the peace of mind while adding a more rugged look to the truck. I recommend locking hex screws or locktite for added security.

Nice unit. Very easy to install. Took me about 15 minutes. Very nice appearance, and seems to be rock solid. If they were just a hair UNDER 100 bucks, you guys would see a lot more going out the door...no pun intended :)

Installation was very simple despite somewhat vague instructions. I suggest using a rubber seat about 1/8" thick to remove any play in the door once installed. Don't put over-reliance on the lock since the whole unit can be remove via hex screws. I used locktight on the screws to make it harder to remove. Overall look is very nice and adds eye candy on my Tundra.
