I love the look & quality. But they make it look easier than is really is especially on a much older truck. I highly recommend this especially if you don't want to lose a FULL!tank of gas!

Well made product that offers security and adds a lot to the over all vehicle appearance. I ordered the black lockable door , nice fit!

Easy Install - took about 1/2 hr by myself. Nothing to spectacular - it's a fuel door. Looks great, however - I thought this was a little pricey, again, it's just a fuel door, but I had to replace my original fuel door due to rust and i wanted to get a locking door so i figured why not go all out. I especially like the locking feature - very nice and keeps the thieves away. Shipping took a little longer than expected, 1 whole week to snail mail it from CA (you'd figure for the price you could get it in 3-4 days) when i know ppl who've driven from VA to CA in 3 days, but whatever. Bottom Line: i would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade/replace their fuel door. Thanks Autoanything!

Took about 30 minutes to install and it looks great on my '03 silverado 1500 Z71!!! Only thing is that it doesnt sit completely flush unless you grind down some of the bolts. Overall the quality and looks is awesome!!!

This door is a pretty nice piece but there were a few minor quality control issues. The 2 small screws, that hold the door stop on, were about .015" too long (or the holes too shallow), which caused the door to not close flush and flop slightly. The door came configured for passenger side installation. There was no mention (in the instructions) about removing the door and moving the little nylon washer to the other side to keep the door centered when installing on the drivers side. I also think the allen screws (that are in the outer ring) should sit more flush and not protrude so much. There is also an aluminum bracket used to mount the door which used two of the allen screws. The screws were screwed into the bracket for shipping. One was cross-threaded. I called the manufacturer who quickly sent a replacement. The replacement also had a cross-threaded screw!

The overall quality is fantastic. The fit on my 2002 Silverado was excellent and it was easy to install. From start to finish the installation took only 20 minutes. It looks great and keeps access to my fuel secure.
